Niagara Airmen earn awards in AFRC Media Contest

Congratulations to Tech. Sgt. Joseph McKee, 914th Airlift Wing Public Affairs, on earning a 1st Place award for best picture story in the 2013 Air Force Reserve Command media contest awards competition.

In addition to earning his first place award, McKee also received two 2nd Place awards in the illustrative and pictorial photograph categories.

Several other 914th public affairs Airmen were also recognized for their work in 2013.

Staff Sgt. Stephanie Clark earned a 3rd Place award in the news photograph category, while the entire 914th public affairs staff combined their efforts to earn two 3rd Place awards in the website and outstanding initiative in new media categories.

The top entries were announced March 11 by Lt. Gen. James F. Jackson, AFRC commander.  The public affairs competition featured 317 Web, print, graphic, still photo and broadcasting entries from 30 organizations.
