Junior officers take a dinner break and visit some of the local sights. The Junior Officer Leadership Development Seminar was conducted at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, N.Y. and other various locations near the installation. The seminar was held from 18-21 August, 2011 with various topics, briefings and exercises conducted to prepare junior Air Force Reserve Officers for upward career progression.
