Members of the Tops in Blue “We Believe” world tour sing backup and dance backstage while changing costumes and waiting for the cue to go onstage September 4, 2010, Lewiston, N.Y. Tops in Blue is made up of active-duty Airmen from all over the Air Force, from the performers and backstage crew to the sound and video technicians.
