Fitness Test

Members of the 914th Airlift Wing participate in the first bi-annual Air Force physical fitness test, April 11, 2010, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls NY. The physical fitness test has been modified as part of the new Air Force Fit to Fight program The new changes are some of the most significant the Air Force has implemented in the last five years. These changes include the test being held twice a year and more focus on aerobic fitness. As added incentive Air Force members scoring 90 and above and meeting all component minimum requirement are authorized to wear a patch on their right sleeve of their PT uniform.
