NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. - Staff Sgt. Daniel Lanphear (left), Air Force Reserve and Maj. Gen. Robert Knauff, commander of the New York Air National Guard pose in front of Staff Sgt. Lanphear's hand-sketched artwork which portrays the unity between the Guard and Reserve at Niagara. The Frontiersman on the left side of the artwork represents the 914th Airlift Wing (AFRC) and the Minuteman on the right represents the 107th Airlift Wing (NYANG). Standing over Niagara Falls, they symbolize Citizen Airmen united in defense of our nation.
