107th Airlift Wing Commander Col. John Higgins steps off the final C-130 flight of the 107th Airlift Wing here, at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. September 25, 2014. As a consequence of a more recent force structure announcement, it was decided the 107th would cease flying C-130s, no longer be associated with the Reserve and will transition to their new mission flying Remotely Piloted Aircraft.
