WNY ESGR tours Memorial Garden at Dover AFB
David Sparks, Senior Mortuary Chaplain at Dover Air Force Base, Del., leads a tour of civilian employers from Western New York through the Memorial Garden on Sept. 24, 2015, as part of a boss lift from Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. The tour was organized through the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, aimed to thank and educate civilian employers in Western New York who have shown support for their Military employees.
