914th Mission Change Ceremony
Members of the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station Honor Guard stand at the ready, in the final moments before the 914th official Mission Change Ceremony in which the Airlift Wing will be re-designated as an Air Refueling Wing, June 3, 2017, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y.
