Air Force Reserve chaplain, Capt. Pamela Hartsell, 914th Air Refueling Wing, presents a challenge coin to one of her civilian coworkers following a ceremony on Nov. 8, 2021 in Fayeteville, New York. Hartsell often has to leave her civilian job to perform her duties as a chaplain.
